The drop tester is mainly used to evaluate the influence of the package in the actual transportation, the loading and unloading process, and to evaluate the impact strength and the rationality of packaging design.

Test Method

The zero drop tester consists of a “E” fork which can be moved down quickly. The tested goods are placed in balance according to the test requirements (face, edge, angle test).
When testing, the pallet moves down quickly,separate from the specimen, before the test package goods dropped to the floor, under the effect of high shock absorber, “E” fork has been embedded in the floor. Theoretically, the zero drop tester can do the test from zero height to maximum drop height.
Drop height set through the test requirements, and automatically do the drop test according to the set height. Using the PLC programming man-machine interface control, simple, convenient and powerful.
